How to book your holiday online....

1. Finding your holiday

There are 2 ways to find your holiday. Either use our powerful Holiday Browse feature where you will be able to browse quickly through our available holiday offers and book online or use the Advanced search feature where you can enter specific holiday details to find your holiday. All pages can be accessed by using the main menu toolbar at the top of the page. At any time throughout your browse or search you can access holiday information by clicking on the  symbol to get more information.

If you require more general information you can click on the"Information" menu at anytime to get additional services and advice. If at any time you get stuck on a page and are not sure what to do you click on the "Help" menu and this will give you more detailed instructions on how to use the page.

2. Holiday Browse

From the homepage you can browse for all available offers. There are a couple of options you can use to filter through holiday offers to find your perfect holiday.

  • Holiday Types - If you select one of these icons, the table below will list a number of holiday offers that match your selection. At any time you can select any other marketing icon to view different offers. Once you are happy you can select your destination or departure point.
  • Departure or Destination - If you don't know what type of holiday you want, you can go straight to the main table and select where you would like go from or where you would like to go to.

3. Holiday Search

Enter your specific holiday details to find a holiday that matches your requirements.

4. Holiday Offers

When you have gone through and selected the type of holiday you require you will be shown a table of holiday offers that match your criteria. Select the offer you require and you will then be shown a list of options you can choose from. From this page click on the book button to start your booking journey.

5. Holiday Details

On this page you will be shown details of the holiday chosen. You will also be able to review holiday information by selecting any of the 'Information' symbols. Once you are happy with the details shown click the 'Book' button.

6. Booking step 1 - Party Size

Please enter the total number of passengers going on holiday and enter the dates of birth for any passengers under the age of 18. If you have any special needs, click on the 'special needs' button and enter any requirements you may have.

7. Booking step 2 – Room Selection

Please select the type of room, board basis and number of rooms you require for your party size. You can review your holiday information by selecting any of the 'Information' symbols in the box provided.

8. Booking step 3 – Room Allocation

This page will be shown if there are more than 2 rooms required. Proceed to enter the number of passengers you would like to be in each room and then click proceed.

9. Booking step 4– Quick Cost

This page shows you a breakdown of your cost so far including any supplements. Please proceed to enter the names of the passengers you would like to stay in each room. Also please enter who the lead passenger is and this where all the documentation will be sent to.

9. Booking step 5– Extras

You will be shown extras available for your holiday. Please select the holiday extras you would like by selecting the appropriate tab. When you have selected your tab you will be shown various selections for you to choose from. At any time you can save your extras details by clicking on the 'save extra details' button. Once you are happy with your holiday extras chosen, click the proceed button.

10. Booking step 6– Final Cost

On this page you will be shown the final cost of your holiday, including any holiday extras that you have chosen. Please check over the details shown and proceed to read the terms and conditions. If you are happy with everything, tick the 'I have read T&C's' and then click proceed.

11. Booking step 7– Payment Details

Enter the lead name address for which the payment invoice is to be sent to and credit/debit card payment details. If you have an outstanding balance payment to make then you shall receive an invoice within 7 days informing you of the due date and methods of payment. This document shall contain a booking ref number, which should be quoted in all future communication.

12. Booking step 8– Booking Confirmation

Your holiday booking has been validated and the details shall be displayed including a validation reference number. A validation email shall be immediately sent to you displaying your booking details.
